Well, its actually more than a year since we had our first #physiotalk tweetchat on the Common Placement Assessment form (CPAF for short), and so we though it was well worth a second chat.
So that’s what we are doing – our tweetchat on Monday 27th February at 8pm GMT will be looking at your thoughts on using CPAF now that most physiotherapy practice educators have had a chance to use it with a student or two on placement.
In November 2021 the questions we asked were:
- Have you used the CPAF as a student or educator?
- What are the advantages of one common form for all universities?
- Do you think the CPAF will allow students to take more control of their learning?
- Are the learning domains assessed appropriate – are there any domains you feel are not needed or any missing?
- How do you think you will address the domain of ‘Individuals, Communities and Populations’ in your clinical area?
- Do you think the CPAF will allow a wider range of placement settings to be used?
This time around we will start with the same first question, but then look more closely at educators and students experiences of using the CPAF in practice.
